To participate in this program, simply refer an independent medical practice that may benefit from CGM APRIMA or Managed IT Services for the opportunity to earn $750* or more as a thank you. There is no limit to the number of practices you can refer, so the more you refer, the more you earn!

To refer a new practice, simply fill out the referral form below. We will then contact the referral and schedule an introductory conversation. Once they complete an initial consultation and we confirm they are a qualified opportunity, we will send you a $250 gift card.
If the practice you refer becomes a qualified CGM APRIMA or Managed IT Services client of TILT Technology, we will provide an additional $500 gift card as a thank you. If your organization has restrictions regarding gifts, we can also make a donation in your name to a charity of your choice.
You can make as many referrals as you would like. The additional $500 reward may be awarded as a gift card or support credit. Your choice!
