Who This Policy Covers

This policy explains how TILT Technology, Inc. handles information collected through www.tilttechnology.com. It does not cover information we process for a client practice under a services agreement, which is governed by that agreement and, where applicable, a business associate agreement.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form on this site we collect what you enter, which may include your name, practice name, email address, phone number, the area of your practice you want help with, and anything you write in a message. The prayer request form is anonymous: it asks for no name, email address or phone number.

Information collected automatically. Our web host keeps standard server and security logs that record items such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs protect the site against abuse.

Please do not send patient information. This website is not a patient portal. Do not include protected health information, patient records or other sensitive personal details in a website form.

How We Use Information

We use what you send us to reply to your request, to send material you asked for such as the free practice assessment guide, to provide and support services, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and Tracking

This site sets the cookies it needs in order to work: WordPress session and preference cookies, and the cookies Gravity Forms uses while a form is being completed. These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off.

Two parts of the site are served by other companies, so your browser contacts them when a page loads and they receive your IP address and browser details: the typeface comes from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider runs performance monitoring on the site.

We do not run advertising pixels, session recording, keystroke logging or chat interception on this site, and we do not allow third parties to intercept or record your interactions with it. If we add analytics or any other optional tracking in the future, we will ask for your consent before it loads.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

Service Providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site: a web hosting company, which also provides performance monitoring, and email delivery for the messages this site sends. Typefaces on the site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google. Providers may process information only to perform the service they provide to us.

How Long We Keep It

Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to answer your request and to keep a record of our communications, and then deleted on a routine schedule. Server and security logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@tilttechnology.com and tell us what you would like us to do.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request correction or deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Children

This website is intended for healthcare organizations and the people who run them. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Links to Other Sites

Some pages link to systems we use with clients, such as the client portal and remote support tools, and to other organizations. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of that site applies.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
