I have had outstanding software service from TILT for about 5 years. I recently had to change our Hardware service to TILT due to a serious error from our previous hardware support. We were without service for 3 weeks due to multiple errors. When I hired TILT to become our complete support they got us back up in no time. It was very unfortunate all of the damage TILT had to repair but the team was very gracious and understanding of the importance of getting the practice up and running.
