An update on Change Healthcare:

Medical claims have begun to flow through Change Healthcare’s network. Assurance was back online the week of March 18, and Relay Exchange was back online during the week of March 23. Change is taking steps to reconnect both commercial payers and government payers to the claims network.

Change Healthcare has released an estimated product restoration timeline for the next three weeks.

For the week of 3/25, the following products are expected to be restored:

Eligibility Processing

Clearance

MedRX

Reimbursement Manager

Coverage Insight

During the week of 4/1, the following products are expected to be restored:

Clinical Exchange

Payer Connectivity Services

Hosted Payer Services

Acuity/Pulse

Finally, during the week of 4/8, the following products are expected to be restored:

Risk Manager

Health QX
